The location of this hotel is great, with easy access to a popular shopping mall and a famous restaurant. the rooms are clean and a good size, with helpful staff providing good service. the hotel has helpful facilities and good room advantages, making it a comfortable and safe stay.
The hotel staff's customer service is poor.

Christmas at this hotel was good, there was a big and nice lobby with good Christmas decor. the room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. the location of the hotel was close to a shopping mall and a nice restaurant, which was convenient.
But the staff was very disappointing. They were rude and unhelpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They assisted us in finding transportation and gave us advice on the nearby area. The location near a great shopping and dining district made our stay even better. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The parking area was secure and easily accessible. we had a fantastic experience.

The room was clean and offered free Wi-Fi which made it easy to stay connected with friends and family. The hotel had a great location, within walking distance of a popular shopping mall and restaurant. One of my best experiences there was the complimentary breakfast provided upon my request, which was a great way to start my day.
Sadly, The staff was not helpful or hospitable during my Easter weekend stay. The maintenance was not great as basic amenities were not working.

Very clean, safe, helpful staff, good size rooms, close to DB City Mall and Manohar Dairy Restaurant. Got this hotel last minute and so glad it worked out. Favorite hotel thus far in India.
